Return & Refund Policy – Crave Factory

At Crave Factory, we ensure that every product is carefully packed, and delivered in the best possible condition. Since chocolates and food items are perishable and hygiene-sensitive, we follow a strict return and refund policy.


1. No Return on Food Products

Due to the nature of chocolates and edible items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered successfully.


2. Replacement or Refund – Only in These Cases

We will provide replacement or refund only if:

• Product is damaged in transit
• Wrong product is delivered
• Package is tampered or opened
• Order is missing items


3. Mandatory Proof Within 24 Hours

To raise a complaint, customer must contact us & share proof as images & videos within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory for transit damage)
• Photos of the product and outer box
• Order ID
• Registered mobile number

Complaints raised after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.


4. Refund Method & Timeline

If your request is approved:

• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund timeline: 2–3 working days


5. Delivery Delays & Address Issues

Crave Factory is not responsible for:

• Courier delays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Customer not available at time of delivery

Such cases are not eligible for refund or replacement.


6. Taste & Preference

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Personal taste preference
• Disliking flavour or texture
• Expectation mismatch
• Partial consumption


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
