SHIPPING POLICY – CRAVE FACTORY
At Crave Factory, we aim to deliver your chocolates safely and as quickly as possible across India.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship Pan-India through reliable courier partners.
At present, we do not offer store pickup or local delivery.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are freshly prepared and packed.
• Order processing time: 1 working day
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Other cities & towns: 3–7 working days
• Remote locations: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping during promotions or special campaigns.
5. PACKAGING
All products are packed in food-safe, protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Despite this, chocolates are sensitive to heat and handling during courier transit.
Crave Factory is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes (slight softening or shape change) that may occur due to temperature variations during delivery.
6. ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing:
• Correct delivery address
• Active mobile number
• Proper landmark details
Crave Factory is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery
The order will not be eligible for refund.
Re-shipping will be done only with additional shipping charges.
8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive:
• Damaged product
• Melted or broken items
• Missing items
• Tampered package
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Unboxing video
• Photos of outer box and product
• Order ID
Resolutions will be provided as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
9. DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier partners
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Lockdowns
• Force majeure events
No refund will be issued for delays beyond our control.
